while I understand the dig, watching anime and movies in Japanese is actually a great way to develop your language skills. oddly enough one of the first words I recognized while watching anime was “obaasan” :p
When I was learning Japanese, I watched a lot of untranslated sentai.
Okay, I watched a lot of untranslated sentai BEFORE I took Japanese courses, but the shows made more sense when I was learning Japanese.
Okay, that isn’t really true either…
